David Forst

David Forst is the general manager of the Athletics, in his 10th year as the lead executive. FanVerdicts evaluates MLB GMs on the same four-grade framework applied to players and teams: Contract Value Index for the GM's contract portfolio (the deals they signed), Performance for the on-field results of the players they assembled, Sentiment for media and fan perception of recent moves, and Fan Verdict for community voting on the GM's body of work.
