Kyle Louis emerged as Pittsburgh's defensive anchor over three seasons, transitioning from a raw athlete to one of the ACC's most complete linebackers. The Pennsylvania native possesses rare sideline-to-sideline range combined with enough pop to handle inline tight ends in coverage. His football IQ and pre-snap recognition improved dramatically each season, culminating in a dominant 2025 campaign where he led Pitt to an ACC Championship appearance. While his frame suggests more MIKE linebacker potential, Louis showcased impressive versatility playing both inside and outside in Pat Narduzzi's multiple fronts. Some concerns exist about his play strength against power run schemes and occasional over-pursuit, but his closing speed and instincts make him an intriguing day-two prospect with starter upside.
